Have you seen the holiday decorations at West Elm? I especially love these nutcrackers. They should be pretty easy to DIY but I haven’t found a source for undecorated nutcrackers. I guess I could look for regular ones at thrift stores and remove all the extras and prime and paint them. What do you think?
